  • Policy checks on document review runs now repair themselves when an AI tool reorganises its service. Previously a change on the vendor's side could stop those checks running, with no error and nothing to see on your dashboard.
  • Monitoring is now tolerant of AI tools moving their internal addresses, which is the most common way a vendor-side update used to interrupt policy checks.
  • Document review runs are checked against client instructions and matter-type rules per document, so a single restricted file in a large review is flagged on its own rather than the whole run passing or failing together.

  • The browser extension now installs from the Chrome Web Store, so it updates itself in the background and stays connected to your firm through every release.
  • IT teams can deploy the extension to every device at once. Settings → Deployment now provides the extension ID along with ready-made policy snippets for Google Admin, Windows Group Policy and Intune, and macOS device management, each pre-filled with your firm's server address and enrollment key.
  • A new rollout coverage view shows how many people on your roster are actually set up, and names anyone still missing the browser extension or the desktop agent.
  • You can email everyone who has not finished setting up directly from that view, instead of chasing them individually.
  • The extension now marks its toolbar icon when it is not connected, so staff can see at a glance that their setup is incomplete.
